
Indian Women’s Study Abroad Scholarships from the Lady Meherbai D. Tata Education Trust
For the academic year 2023–2024, applications are now being accepted for scholarships from the Lady Meherbai D. Tata Education Trust. This Tata Trust master’s scholarship program is merit-based and offered abroad.
The Trust provides financial aid to Indian women who have completed undergraduate degrees from reputable institutions and who want to continue their study at an accredited foreign institution. The Trust provides scholarships to help students who want to pursue higher education overseas with their tuition costs.
With an investment of 8 million in Indian rupees, Jamsetji Tata founded the Ratan Tata Trust in 1919. The Trust was established in accordance with Sir Ratanji Tata’s bequest and is currently one of the country’s oldest grant-making organizations.
Why do you want this prize? The program is available to Indian students pursuing a professional degree in an accredited institution in India, such as engineering, medicine, law, etc. Candidates that are chosen will get awards to cover their tuition costs.

Acceptable Course or Subjects: This fellowship is available for Masters-level programs in the following disciplines: education, gender studies, sociology, psychology, law (specializing only on issues affecting women and children), and child health (nutrition and growth).
Mental health, public health, communication for development, research into social norms in communities, and health policy and education;
Rural development, public policy, public administration, social policy, social development, and social work are all aspects of community development.

Candidates may apply if they have ALL of their results in hand. One cannot apply while they are awaiting results.
must have applied to or ideally been accepted to reputable universities or institutions in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Europe for the academic year 2023-2024.
Graduates with at least two years of relevant work experience are desired.

2) The name(s) of the university(ies) you plan to attend, listed in the order of merit of your choice, together with, if available, a letter of admission confirmation.
3) The tuition charges for each university, presented in a table
4) Documentation showing financial support for your studies (in tabular form)
5) Current information (cv, resume, biodata)
Candidates must send your request email together with clean, scanned copies of the aforementioned documents in the formats of PDF, Word, or Excel only (no Google or other links are permitted).
For their reference, an example copy of the form, a list of required papers, and instructions on how to complete and submit the form are all attached.
No requirements for admission
Strong English language abilities are necessary for academic achievement.
Benefits Depending on how well the applicant performs in the interview, a gift scholarship for the tuition fee component is provided, often between Rs. 3 and 6 lakhs per chosen student.
The ‘Proof of Funds’ or ‘Financial Capacity’ document, which will indicate the candidates’ capacity to support their study, must be submitted in clear copy by those chosen for this scholarship.
