Eligibility: You must meet the following requirements to be eligible:

offer evidence of English language proficiency at the university
To be deemed official, TOEFL official test scores must be provided directly from the testing center to Engineering CAS (use code B887).
The IELTS test facility must send authentic IELTS test scores electronically. There will be no paper Test Report Forms accepted. Please contact the test center where you took the IELTS test and request that your results be delivered to Texas A&M University electronically via the IELTS system (College Station and Galveston).

The application procedure is as follows: Applicants can either the Apply Texas Application or the Coalition Application for Freshman Admission to apply. To be considered for a scholarship, students must complete both the admissions and scholarship applications.
